if you hold the shift key and press a square you can put green numbers in, they are there to help you keep track of which numbers can be in each field.

Spreadeagle - there have been more than usual easy ones this month. The 1st, the 4th, yesterday and today have all been easier than average. And someone has commented on each of those puzzles that it was the easiest ever or easiest in a long time.

Oops, my memory is playing tricks, the comments didn't say easiest ever, but clickity click or something like that. But I think any of the afore mentioned 4 puzzles could be characterized as easiest in a while :)

As for Eyemans recent question (can we make 3000 points this year), probably not. It took us almost 2 years and 9 months to get to 2000 (1004 puzzles). That's just under 2 points a puzzle so we should expect it to take another 500 puzzles to get to 3000.

I had a hard time remembering Audrey Hepburn's name today. I was looking at google images using that new cooliris plugin for Firefox. I was naming the old stars for this young kid at work. I was pounding my head trying to remember her name. It finally came to me but took me about 3 minutes. sheesh
