me joking again. i vaguely remember histograms from stats classes.

i don't mind telling you drwho, since you are a doctor, but i've had my insides imaged so many times i have tasted every conceivable barium containing concoction. yech

The concentrated fruit syrup is for a different purpose than the barrium. It cleans you out, if you get my drift.

and i have a fairly low vomit threshhold when it comes to chalky or artificially sweetened things.

The only internal imaging I've had to endure lately is x-rays for kidney stones.

yet, one tries extremely hard not to be sick because, obviously, one mucks things up.

Positive. They gave me a couple rounds of ultra-sonic treatments, but the blasted things didn't pass for over a year.

i think i will have to revise my age estimate upward for jimmy. he was singing with 'pink martini' which actually, despite the name, is a pretty good jazz ensemble.

Ah. Maybe. The ultra-sound broke up the larger stones so they could pass. The doc told me to "stand on my head" for about 15 minutes a day to help them pass, but that didn't work.

did you see the seinfeld episode in which kramer has kidney stones? one wouldn't want to be caught unawares.

I haven't seen television since seinfeld was on, so it's my only current social reference

I've had at least half a dozen kidney stone episodes, so I probably don't need a description.

no, linden hills, by lake harriet. goodness, it's been so long since i've been there, i've forgotten many place names.
