No, I've only tossed a frisbee for fun. The 10K used to be my favorite run (made varsity one year). Now I have enough knee damage that I jog on a rebounder only.

we used to play disc golf a lot before kids. have only played a handful of times since.

it's been about 13 years since I played ultimate, but IIRC, you have 2 teams & 3 throws to get down the field?

i just play once you have the frisbee, no walking, no stalling, and defense has to be an arms length away
