I was off most of January - was desperate and had to do something - found him while researching fibro on the internet

on ch. 11. they are having a thing on the boomer years right now, making me wish for the good, old days

yes - he is a God send - I don't know if I will ever be pain free, but I am better than when I started there, so it's going in the right direction - but I go twice a week, and sometimes 3 hours at a crack, so it's a big commitment

yep, still struggling - but have been putting a lot of energy into my garden, which i must say, is looking pretty darned good right now

that's a GREAT therapy/distraction/positive thing to do!!

yes - Hakomed therapy (electronic massage), acupuncture, injections and various homeopathic meds

i'm really glad you found something to help, it must so suckto not be able to tolerate pain meds

I could tolerate them, but had so many drugs over the years that my body is "intoxicated" with toxins.... which leads to inflammation which leads to pain - a vicious cycle

the older we get, the more the toll shows
