I grew up in the Tri-Cities area. My parents just got DSL after dial-up, but they still don't have wireless. They also have no AT&T signal, so my 3g iPad is useless there.

yeah, this place had really limited cell service, too. They are in Jamestown, north of crosseville and cookeville. Just south of the kentucky border
