Finished. While I can understand how this could have been done without greens, I don't think *I* could have done it without the visual aid.

Those who feel they have to announce they solved a puzzle w/o greens, Sam? They seldom say how many tries or guesses it took em, or whether they used reds, trial and error or bookmarks. That's the only way to sort out the pretenders from the real guys. I do trust the Doc because he once admitted (shock) to using greens. He must have been off his meds that day
, lol. Try dkmsoftware. I like it. Their speed points trials sharpen awareness of pairs, triples and quad patterns in groups of unknown no.s thus defining others by subtraction... if that makes any sense.

I dunno, I assume they use them the same way I do--to track progress and help themselves remember specific tricks. I doubt anyone's getting serious ego gratification from an online sudoku game.
