Like UTH said, it looked to me like a naked pair was necessary, but I looked closer and it turned out that you could get the same answer by cross-hatching a row.

So drwho - were you playing 2 different puzzles. One post says difficulty score 21 and the next one says 11. Hope it's not 11 and I'm just extra thick today. Still working on it.
