yeah, if the remaining counties report the way they have so far, webb should stay ahead. but definitely recounts, so i guess we won't know for a while.

i think they just put in some buzz words to get people to vote a certain way since they know people are lazy and can be easily manipulated

the entire solution is sent to the client so if someone was so inclined they could cheat every puzzle and never get caught

well, propositions are a pretty flawed way of getting things done, particularly since it ties the legislature's hands in terms of making amendments

whimper - i guess i wont download the page-source now and try to sort-out what you were talking about regarding playing old-ones... sigh.

but i dunno, my friends who are actually involved in policy making say that there are good uses for them

usually the state legislature (or city council) makes decisions about budgets, and they're a lot more informed about it. but my understanding is they can't contradict any propositions -- another prop is needed for that

or perhaps you just made a mistake somewhere - that always increases the difficulty level quite a bit!

from what i remember so far the puzzle was pretty straight forward.. it just got totally difficult now ;) i'll try a few more minutes
