Gman and Spellacked, you had me talked into believing the 6 and 9s in the 1st and 7th rows were a unique rectangle, but it's not!

Tried 3 times now. I keep getting to the last half dozen squares and always end up with a duplicate 6 or 9. Starting again....

Try again, difficulty score 48!
