Grandma Barb .. check your archives, you're probably missing an easy somewhere, I seen it before some glitch means a completed puzzle doesn't register ..
So I had to do it again ...

Gransma Barb, if you can't find the problem in the archives, send an email to Dr God. I had a friend with the same problem for a long time until Dr God fixed it for her after we sent him and email. Hope this helps!!
