Def an expert and way beyond my capabilities. FYI, potassium iodide tablets are handy to keep in case of nuclear disaster ie Chernobyl, Fukushima; supplants radioactive iodine in the thyroid gland. Also mixed with H2O, Hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide yeilds non-radioactive iodine - a few drops purifies water of pathogens like Ebola.
