EZPZ. I was feeling especially good, so I'll give it a 12.

May I ask an experiment of those who do Sudoku before noon.
Before bed, take a pinch of salt with a sip of water. This delays the need to get up and pee during the night. ...one tsp. light olive oil. This gives you plenty of REM sleep -- dreams -- and you wake refreshed. Light olive oil doesn't taste bad. ...a few tsp. apple cider vinegar. This regulates blood sugar... prevents the olive oil from waking you earlier than you'd like.
Then, when you do Sudoku, tell me if your brain is working smoothly and clearly. It works for me. I'd like to see if it works for other people.

even if it doesn't you'll probably have a good BM!

Gman, no it doesn't have that effect. The amount of olive oil taken must be quite small, or it will wake you too soon.

Unike, Are you mixing all of this together?

Inike, can I add my pinch of salt to the cider vinegar and oil and water, and just dirnk it down?

Hey Angie, like your style :-)

And to add my voice to the din UTH: Will it work with dry red wine? Come to think of it consuming copious amounts of red wine probably contribute to my need for nighttime pitstops. Uhh, never mind...

Digondda, the water is to rinse the vinegar from your mouth. I'd take it after. If you instead use virgin olive oil, you'll need to rinse the taste away also.

Lin, Angie, a little alcohol might help you fall asleep. But I think the freshening of the brain effect is from the olive oil.

Just so you know, I am not planning on putting any olive oil in my wine.
