Please can any one help Have tried to e-mail Dr God but some how messages not getting through Have been patient as advised but must be doing something wrong as had no reply Have been member since day one but laptop repair chap has erased all my Sudoku details Any idea wha to do please

Hi there TallMike Have tried again and message comes up that password has been sent to my email address but so far nothing in in inbox, archive, junk or deleted No idea where it has landed up

ringo1: The password recovery system is working. I just tested the "I forgot my password" form and received an almost instant email response from Iron Sudoku Robot <no.reply@ironsudoku.com}>, including my current password.
Did you change your email address at some time after you enrolled in IronSudoku? If so, the IronSudoku Robot will not recognize your current email address. In this situation, you will have to ask Dr God to update the email address associated with your ID before you can retrieve your password. I would suggest you tell him the ID you are trying to revive plus both your old and new email addresses.

There is another possibility: did you use the same email address to set up your ringo1 ID as you used for your original ID? If you did, that might have confused the Sudoku Robot.
