Diane yes they are cruel but definitely not incompetent. They killed the ACA by stripping out the federal reimbursement to insurance companies which caused the insurance companies to pull out. Republican governors did not expand Medicaid which was paid for 100% by the fed for the first few years. So they lie and say Obama care is a disaster and we have to repeal and replace after they made it a failure and now they are taking care of their real constituents by cutting the taxes on the wealthy and returning to crappy health care before the ACA. Let's see how long it takes the Trump voters to figure out they got screwed.
