Tallmike, sorry for the confusion, yesterday's string of numbers was the order of the digits I placed on the puzzle, with a * meaning I placed the 9th of a given number. I'm not sure where the slash-n's came from.

spellacked, now I understand what the long strings of numbers are, but not why you are posting them. Personally I don't want hints on the right side of my screen when I am working on the puzzle on the left side of my screen. Also, the result of you (or anyone else) posting long strings is that the Chatterbox display increases the line width and adds a scroll bar at the bottom, which makes it more difficult to read other multi-line posts. Not helpful, in my opinion.
