@tuco - intersetingly I am also trying out Neural Nets. Yesterday I finally got tensorflow working on my GPU, a small GTX 1050 but even that was good for an impressive speed improvement ( factor 10). I get som e nice results on the MNIST benchmark in just a couple of minutes . And in the meantime the freeware Go playing program Leela is approaching professional strength. Recommended!

Very cool MrOoijer! Lately I have been struggling with a mantle clock hairspring. :-) Trying to find time to learn how to fix pocket watches and use my lathe and mill. Clocks and watches have taken up all my free time for the last 4 years. I retire in 4 years and 4 months and will be taking over a small clock repair business at that time. I am hoping to be certified in both watch and clock making at that time. I miss playing Go, I don't miss the humiliation of being beaten horribly by very young people. :-)
