Judy Hall, please excuse me if it seems like I'm getting too personal. I'm filled with admiration for you being a full time caregiver. It can be amazingly tough. I hope that you do take time to be your own caregiver as well. One of the hardest parts of caregiving is realizing that you are not Wonder Woman and may need some help or a break. Just remember, if you don't take care of yourself, you can't take care of someone else. Big hugs!!
