In my opinion, Kavanaugh's behavior during the confirmation hearing was sufficiently bizarre, disrespectful and disgraceful as to forever disqualify him from ever serving as a judge in any capacity, let alone as a Supreme Court Justice. That will remain true regardless of the outcome of the one-week FBI investigation.
If mainstream and social media continue to use the one-week delay to constantly replay and protest Kavanaugh's tantrums in the hearing, I believe that public opinion will dramatically tilt against Kavanaugh's confirmation, enough to swing the Senate vote or to have his nomination withdrawn.

Ted Lieu just said that if Kavanaugh gets confirmed and the Dems take the house they will open investigations with an eye on impeachment of Kavanaugh.
