i'm a newbie, to all you pro--what strategy do you use? Do you do rows and columns? numbers? or boxes?

Well, I finally disagree with a rating. There's definitely a strategy there that would normally rank as a Hard.

Finally! I just got stuck and needed to get past that hump. Then it was a cinch. But I agree a little more than medium.

Well, it was tricker than some mediums, but I didn't use any advanced techniques. I nearly had to, because I did miss something for a while, but in the end it was fairly straightforward. Manual greens needed, though.

Done. Needed greens to see the naked pairs.

You can make red numbers with a Mac - you use the Option key, which usually also says "alt" in smaller letters on it.

I hold down Option when clicking the number and it works fine.

You Mac users, does the Mac come with Opera?

It doesn't come with it, but you can get a version for it. I also believe this site works in Safari.

Safari - there's a Windows beta, but it's not nearly as solid as the Mac native one

I have been trying out Opera. I like it, but it is optimized for dial-up connections and won't update the chatterbox here.

My Wii is the only place I've tried a recent version of Opera. :)

I see what you mean about Safari. I just downloaded it and when I tried to login to IronSudoku it crashed!
