Fighting over definitions of terms is a common way to avoid discussing the actual topic. The topic is that cheating, bribing and backstabbing has become (more) common practices in Anglo-American capitalism. In the US you have a president who exploited a fraudulent university, and his fans calls that normal business.

Mr O, not sure if you had the same thought, but listening to Trump saying how much America was respected around the world did make me laugh! He's a comedian now to add to the liar and bully degrees he probably gave himself at uni.

Thought the US deficit is increasing every year! Great economy! O well, just print more money, it will be alright until someone says enough!

And he wants to bribe your vote by telling you he's going to bring down the cost pf pharmaceuticals when the democrats proposed it and his own party has blocked it. Please see through his lies, he's only interested in the rich getting richer.

My father, an immigrant, used to sit in front of the TV, watching the news, often, out of nowhere saying: "How stupid do they think the American people are?" Fifty years later, much stupider.

Mr O - "Fighting over definitions of terms is a common way to avoid discussing the actual topic" Who, pray tell, is fighting. I was not trying to change the topic since I have no input on the topic you presented. Rather, I was introducing a new topic related to the particular word you chose. It is not a fight, it is a discussion.

But since I am a stupid, ill-informed, deluded American, I understand your frustration.

A fabulous, spot-on, firmly tongue-in-cheek (i.e., satire) column. This is what I actually hear from Trump supporters. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/\n02/05/george-conway-trump-i-believe/?itid=pm_\npop

Well done Mitt Romney, kudos to you for standing up for what the American people should be saying.I await Trumps vindictive tweets to insult you with pity and think it a sad reflection he's allowed to say them with impunity.
