having time on my hands at the moment I've worked through my missed & non completed games - nearing the end I calculated that the points for the games remaining would not give me the maximum score - but somehow it did - great sense of achievement

jrs, I had that same problem. Now I am a little behind again so I will see if that is still true when I have them all done again.

A couple of years ago there was a software glitch resulting in my score being one point low. I sent an e-mail and received an apology reply and it was fixed. My suggestion is to give Dr.G a couple of days and then send another e-mail.
