Tried watching Aussie journalist Jonathan Swan interviewing Trump 1 on 1. Unbelievable. So sad that his followers only believe the lies he tells and ignore what he calls fake news, i.e. anything that doesn't come from him. Bit like the anti maskers. Unbelievable. Seriously, can you not find someone better than him. He wouldn't get voted in to office in a local council here.

Having said that, Joe Biden is nearly 80. Again, seriously can't you find someone in their 60s? Obama was clearly in good health and up to the job, but he looked really exhausted in the end. It's a tough gig. You need someone fit and healthy and a lot younger for the job.

Phil, that is a devastating interview. Biden is who we want to bring us back from the brink of disaster brought on by the Aussie propagandist Murdoch family via Trump. He is proven, not a risk. Once again in American history we need the Democratic party to cleanup a mess created and made worse by the Republican party.

Trump is so delusional he repeated his ridiculous statement that No president, with maybe the exception of Abraham Lincoln has done more for African Americans than he has.

The real question is who feeds this nonsense to Trump.

The paper sheets he shows in the interview - someone must have given them to him. That's the evil person. Trump is just a stupid puppet.

Stephen Miller is one person. But Trump has always been this way. I lived in NYC 1978-1981 and he was like this back then. Roy Cohn was his lawyer and mentor along with Roget Stone even back then.

One of out Nations biggest faults over my adult life is that we really don't hold the Republican Presidents accountable for their misdeeds. Reagan got a tiny tap on the wrist for Iran/Contra. GHWB had Bill Barr to cover that up through pardons of the co-conspirators in same scandal. GWB and Dick Cheney should have been brought up on war crimes.

The Republican party refuses to call witnesses in an Impeachment Trial in the Senate of a Republican Prez after calling witnesses in and Impeachment Trial of a Democratic President who lied under oath about an extra marital affair.

Tuco, any comparison between Trump and former presidents of either party is grossly unfair to former presidents. Trump has no integrity.

Tuco, I'm healthy but - like many of us - extremely frustrated by the abject corruption and dishonesty in the White House. Looking forward to November, and more importantly, January 20, 2021. (And right now, in the middle of Isaias in eastern Virginia.)

finally solved the January 25 Hard puzzle with multiple wrong guesses leading nowhere ! Tougher than most Expert in my book...

I was just thinking about The War of The Worlds by H. G. Wells. Just think of the U.S. under Trump as the force waging a war against the planet through deregulation and denying climate change. What brought down the Aliens in Well's book is now bringing down the U.S.

I think the whole world is watching to see what happens in the US. As long as COVID rages out of control here, it is potentially a huge reservoir of the disease that will continually provoke new outbreaks in other countries.
