Indeed KT. As they did in Portland and despite it being banned in warfare, US Federal Police feel it's the first line of defence to blanket attack civilians with tear gas. And the Moms and Vets and Dads with leaf blowers responded by continuing to exercise their right to protest peacefully. Good on them, shame on Trump.

I'm sure you'd all welcome the NRA being dissolved and the execs charged.

At this moment we have (the start of) a heatwave - well we consider anything over 30 C already as a heatwave, so nothing compared to real hot countries. And Covid rising again as in many other countries.

We've got an outbreak in Melbourne (nothing here in Perth), and struggling to get on top of it because of stupid selfish or ignorant people who go to war instead of isolating when they've tested positive, unbelievable. Cold too, only 7 C at night yesterday, (bout as cold as it gets in Perth), but 22 tomorrow. Would prefer the 30 degree days!

BTW Phil - I love the NRA. I love the 2nd amendment and I love guns, shooting, and hunting, so no, not happy about the politically motivated lawsuit the AG of NY has filed.

So as a member of the NRA you will assume that someone who is presumed innocent but probably guilty as hell can avoid prosecution by saying it is a politically motivated lawsuit? If that is the case then you definitely could shoot someone on 5th avenue and if the D.A. is from the opposite party you could claim the suit was politically motivated?

I would think an NRA member would be more concerned about what Wayne and the gang are doing with your dues and if they are innocent, great. But if they are found guilty of what they have done they should be punished.

You are aware that this is the same prosecutor who found the whole Trump family guilty of fraudulently running a charity. They had to pay a $2 million fine and are barred from being involved with any other charity. Donald J for life and the kids for a number of years.

Don't F**k with us here in New York. Even if you are a Democrat Governor and you get caught using our money for high class honeys you get bounced. We also have a 0.95% transmission rate now because of our Governor and the higher intelligence of our citizens. ;-)

The NRAs biggest mistake was being charted here in New York.

For the record, I do not plan on ever being in NY for the remainder of my life. Been there on business trips in the past and found it untolerable. So no, I will not be shooting someone on 5th ave.

If the leadership is found guilty, I hope they pay the price. But I still love the NRA and what it does for gun owners.

What I would like to see Biden do when he names his running mate. If I were him I would say, there is a lot of support for me to name an African American woman and I had many to choose from but with what our country needs right now I think this is the best way to go. I will nominate Kamala Harris for Attorney General, Susan Rice for Secretary of State, and because the Trump administration has destroyed the economy, Elizabeth Warren as my VP. She will get this economy back on track while I tackle this pandemic.
