Iron Sudoku fans, let me recommend Killer Sudoku. Here:

It takes much longer than regular sudoku, but it's quite pleasurable to see what seemed intractable finally falling into place. In my limited experience, Easy and Hard levels are not so different. I've never had to guess.
Hint to get you started: The sum of the nine digits is 45.

I agree with UnikeTheHunter. BrainBashers has some excellent daily puzzles, including four levels of "Killer Sudoku", sometimes called jigsaw sudoku (and possibly known by other names as well).
