At last!

Inge, what you are describing happened to me the other day... on an expert. It said Congratulations and then I went into the archives to do another and there was that puzzle (not greyed out like the others I've completed) sure enough I clicked on the link and the game was not complete. I think it was a connectivity issue. Luckily the puzzle was fresh in my mind and I remembered a few key moves to solve it in a jiffy. Hope this helped
