Tough one today

The guess was educated. Maybe it was an XY chain but I stopped using greens and didnt see it. Anyway it was correct.

This evening I tried a new recipe with rice stuffed veal and it looks promising. Tast is 80 percent but it is still too difficult to make in larger quantities. The idea is a stuffing that looks like an Italian Suppli, not deep fried but finished in the oven.
