newbie here... I always see the "no green" what does that mean?

Days like this make me seriously wonder exactly what criteria Dr God uses to rate these. "Hard"? I think not.

I never needed anything other than simple cross-hatching and missing digit scans.

With a "hard" I expect to need my copy of "The Sudoku Whisperer", my Tarot cards, a few calls to my Sudoku Guru, and a prayer circle with Angie.

If you were a cool, hip musician like me, you would have chuckled appreciatively ..

i am not any kind of musician at all.

I'm not really either .. I just noodle around on the guitar ..

i kin play my recorder pretty well... and i can read music, so i can pick out a melody on the piano, and i know G C and D chords on the guitar.

oh and like E or something, whatever is that real easy one.

That makes you 2/3 more of a musician than me .. but I am actually trying to learn some stuff and play better ..

are you taking lessons or just teaching yourself.

Self teaching at the moment, but I think I'll take some lessons somewhere along the way if I stall out or something ..

but of course, you're on the wrong coast for taking lessons from him.

I've fiddled with the guitar since I was a kid, but never got very good due to my complete lack of musical talent. But I figure I enjoy it, and there must be a level I can get to through hard work where I can have fun and play with other people and such ..

I've been searching for something I can do to be creative and get some enjoyment back in my life, and I'm giving this a shot ..

I haven't really been enjoying myself for a long time ..

i get enjoyment without being creative, at the moment. although i suppose finding good scrabble plays is sort of creative
