wow, much harder than it was supposed to be -- I must have missed something, guess-chains should not have been needed on this

Difficulty score 41. Got it after 2 restarts. Used green the first 2 times. Got it without green the third. One naked triple (I wouldn't have seen it without green) breaks it open.

Once again my guardian angle came to assist me.

is there just one puzzle? how do you choose a different puzzle and difficulty level

There's just the one puzzle a day, difficulty is set for you

If you sign up for a pro account you get access to 18 mths of daily puzzles

who said only 18 months worth??? YOu get them forever after you turn pro.

he just meant that there is 18 months worth of archives...as of now.

That would be over 2 years worth then - it's certainly keeping me busy - good value for my $15 :D

and since I am also a late starter I don't intend to ever get into the elites. I solve puzzles as time permits and enjoy without any competitive pressure

I'm quite happy now that I'm out of the newbies category, but other than that it's quite pleasing seeing my ranking rise. More enjoyable though is finding my ability to solve the puzzles increasing as I understand more of the techniques.

I am more of a babble addict at heart. I am not exactly improving in solving sudoku, but it gives me the satisfaction of finally solving each one

Word puzzles have never been my forte unfortunately. I've tried Babble a couple of times, but much prefer Sudoku.

I've been addicted to both.

I must admit that the chat on IronSudoku is few and far between - people are only around for the time it takes them to solve the puzzle generally, but with Babble I guess you could be on there most of the day!

thanks.... seeing pain management docs - on 2 new drugs, seem to be helping both my back and the fibro

new for me - but I was on Lyrica for about 6 weeks, the new advertised drug for fibro - it helped but it made my ankles and hands swell something awful, so had to stop

I am on cymbalta (an anti dep) and Neurontin (for nerve pain)

not heard of them over here. good to hear they work.

you can't wear pretty shoes in London, not if you use public transport. I've ruined a good few pairs on the underground etc.

they are very comfy - I have Plantar Fasciitis - and it helps that alot
