Is this a game where one can get hints?

If you ask people here, they will sometimes give hints :)

I haven't solved it, and I'm not very good, so al I can give are basic tips

No problem. I've played Sudoku before, but this is my first time on this grid and it just happens to be a "hard" one...go figure. ;)

Do you have access to the archives? There's a ton of 'em in there :)
